HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT TRAINING
Poulin Performance has a long standing tradition of training some of the most recognized athletes that Vermont has produced over the past 10 years. Our high school training sessions cover all of the necessities to become a better athlete. Each session our athletes participate in our proven methodology of dynamic warm-up, speed mechanics, agility skills, rotary stability/power, strength and cool down. Every athlete will be given a customized meal plan based on their metabolic demands to help ensure proper muscle repair and growth between sessions.
JUNIOR FIT
With less time for physical fitness kids are finding it increasingly difficult to stay fit. Our junior fit program is fun and challenging and focuses on developing movement patterns that will help increase speed, quickness and prevent injury. Our junior fit participants and expect

CIRCUIT FIT
Breakthrough traditional barriers with Functional Integrated Training. In this setting you will be challenged with a combination of dynamic movements, muscular endurance exercises, core strengthening and finishing with cool-down flexibility This is an exceptional way to get fit and stay fit in a safe and efficient way.

LADIES FIT
Women are not just smaller versions of men. They have their unique differences physically and this must be addressed in any exercise program that they participate in. In our Ladies FIT sessions we are committed to addressing these unique differences. Each session targets the key areas of concern for women with are hip strength, balance, upper body imbalances and core weakness. It is expected that when you leave a Ladies FIT session you will feel energized and maximize fat burning for hours following.

SWING FIT
Our swing FIT program is intended to help golfers prepare for golf by addressing the most important piece of equipment...their body. During these sessions golfer are guided through a series of flexibility and strengthening exercises that target critical parts of the body that lead to swing faults. These sessions integrate several Titleist Performance Institute fitness type exercises to improve your strength and flexibility as it relates to the golf swing. This will lead you to a more efficient, safe and effective golf swing.

REDCORD FIT
Redcord is a specialized piece of equipment that uses red ropes, bungees and slings to allow for tailored strengthening and sport performance training for almost anybody. It is used in our setting as part of the Neurac system to strengthen and restore a person's normal movement patterns in a complete and functional manner. Athletes that use Redcord include Suanne Peterson (LPGA golfer), Kjetil Andre Aamodth(5 time gold medal Downhill Skier), and Thor Hushovd (professional cyclist).

PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT TRAINING
If you are an athlete then you realize the importance of staying healthy in order to participate in the game you love. Using the latest techniques in performance enhancement training our expert staff will improve your ability to run, jump, cut and move safely and efficiently. Our proven methodology has helped hundreds of athletes become better by improving the functional ability of their bodies. These small group sessions include the use of medicine balls, speed ladders, agility hurdles and plyometric equipment as well as our state of the art keiser functional training equipment. We offer these sessions to developing athletes as well as to the seasoned weekend warriors.Vo2 SUBMAX CUSTOMIZED CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING
At Poulin Performance we use customized cardiovascular training to enhance performance. Many athletes are unaware that in order to get the most out of your training it is better to train smarter and not harder. Our Imett system allows us to customize an entire training program for whatever your sport or activity may be. With the data that we receive we can make sure you're not over or under training, and make each session count. Check out the video below to see how easy the process is.
