Poulin Performance will evaluate, measure, and analyze that way you jump, run and turn. We'll check your power, balance, strength and agility. We will look for and identify any movement over compensations related to your sport. This will give you the foundation for establishing concise and comprehensive workout routines. |

Injury Prevention

If you participate in a sport, especially a contact sport, you're going to experience pain. But while some muscle discomfort is expected, chronic pain usually indicates a bigger problem. It could either be an injury or an indication of a problem that could lead to an injury. Our staff will evaluate any existing conditions and provide the treatment and education you need to keep then from repeating. |

Customized Cardio Programs

Poulin Performance uses iMETT technology as a quick and effective way to determine cardiovascular fitness strength. The data is used in a variety of ways including baseline testing to determine current condition, effectiveness of existing training protcols and determining future training protocols. After the test you will have accurate heart rate training zones. We will use this data to create personalized workout programs, printed on cards, giving you detailed day to day cardio workouts in an easy to read format. | Periodization Training

We'll assemble a program of training throughout the year, one that varies as you move into off-season. A program that keeps you build and improve without injury or muscles fatigue.

Group Training
Poulin Performance can bring the benefits of a personalized training program to groups of athletes involved in a common sport. We will work with members of a team or business. We also offer Performance Enhancement Training for high school athletes weekly at our facility on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's at 4:00.
