This is an experience that allows her to provide feedback to therapist going through this exciting experience.
Jen's approach to Postural Restoration strategies, is to put your goals in the forefront of the process. She educates you on your body and the patterns of movement that may be contributing to your injury. She feels it is equally important to understand your body and how it works as it is to do your exercises. Postural Restoration is a process of discovery and understanding. Education is a key component to her treatment style.
In her free time, Jen enjoys running, skiing, snowshoeing and spending time with her husband Chris and daughters Madison and Devon and puppy Bennett.
