JUNIOR FIT

With less time for physical fitness kids are finding it increasingly difficult to stay fit. Our junior FIT program is open to any athlete or individual ranging from 5th-8th grade who wants to be active or improve their athletic ability. The group is fun and challenging as it focuses on developing movement patterns that will help increase speed, quickness and prevent injury. Emphasis when training the Junior FIT groups:

 

·      Improving running mechanics

·      Learning how to jump and land properly

·      Learning how to properly accelerate and decelerate

·      Teaching proper strength training technique to the older individuals

·      Improving power through jumping, bounding and other explosive exercises

·      To have FUN while being active.

 

Payment Options: Buy a $200 punch card for 10 sessions, or pay $140 a month for unlimited training. You can also pay $25 as you go. As always your first class is FREE. See the google calendar for the class schedule. See our iFIT home page for videos of this class.
