Kristina graduated from Northwestern University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2002.  She has worked in many areas of physical therapy, pursuing and specializing in neurological treatment of orthopedic issues using Neurac (Neuromuscular Reactivation) on Redcord equipment.   She now integrates Postural Restoration to enhance the already incredible effect of Neurac and Redcord.  Kristina teaches Neurac as continuing education to other therapists.  Redcord is specialized equipment from Norway that uses ropes, slings and bungees to allow a person to get into a pain free position in order to reestablish motor patterns and to reactivate the correct muscles.  Redcord allows for incredibly challenging sports performance exercises for any level of athlete – be it an Olympic God Medalist, or an avid bridge player. 

Kristina lives in Jericho with her husband, her baby daughter and her corgi, Lucy.  She enjoys hiking, Nordic and telemark skiing, travelling and any activity on water.
