Our swing FIT program is intended to help golfers prepare for golf by addressing the most important piece of equipment...their body. During these sessions golfer are guided through a series of flexibility and strengthening exercises that target critical parts of the body that lead to swing faults. These sessions integrate several Titleist Performance Institute fitness type exercises to improve your strength and flexibility as it relates to the golf swing. This will lead you to a more efficient, safe and effective golf swing.

*Medicine ball rotation drills
*Create elastic energy
*Separation drills to improve power
*Strength training circuit
*Cool down mobility work
